When all you really have is only the four walls at home.

This is basically the second post of the day because TODAY. IS. A. DAYMMMNN. BORING. DAY. I don't know why but i just don't like to be home the whole day. It feels like as if i'm suffocating. And it feels kinda weird not to be in college, somehow. So i must thank those great buddies ( Woon Chin, Kelly, Carrick and Nicholas ) for our singing session yesterday at Greenbox. Woohoo~! You see, last few nights had been really sucky. And i was nearly going berserk. Ok, maybe i was berserk. and crazy. and insane. and mad. and psycho. and berserk. and crazy. and insane. and mad. gila. Yes, you get what i mean. And for once i did'nt have to worry and kept on thinking about stuffs for a couple of hours or so. At least. Not sure if it's because of the bloody period or what. But the stress level is sort of at its maximum. Assignments are piling up. And WAP's individual assignment is making me nuts. Thought of a few titles but no idea which one to choose. Hmmm. Fyi the deadline is on the 12th but the lecturer wants the essay outline on Thursday. We're supposed to choose at least 10 sources, books and magazines MUST be included. Really FML.

Seriously, why are we paying a thousand bucks for the subject called Writing for Academic Purposes? When it does'nt really serve any purpose? Ok wait, maybe it does. idk. But i must say, the lecturer is a nice person. He'll keep on explaining and explaining till we understand. But the fact is that most of the time we don't know what he really want us to do. So we'll just end up nodding so that he could save his breath. Good students la kononnya. haha.

Well, i guess i shall just hit the sack with a good book.

Yesterday was a good day.

I would say, yesterday was a great great great day. It was the audition for the 25 finalists of Philips Iron Your Way To be A Star and our gorgeous Lucelia was one of the lucky ones to be chosen out of 299 candidates to be exact. It was held in Cititel and the best of all was it was'nt crowded. Which means, we can enjoy watching Transformers in that Cinema 21:9 and play with that Xbox as long as we want. And then they have a few booths, mainly about all their products of course. And the particular one that most of the females would die for was the free hair-do and make-up by professional make-up artistes. How nice would life be if you have your personal make-up artiste and fashion stylist eh? :) So i told the guy that i only want basic make-ups but he ended up with this.

I still feel its a lil too thick and heavy tho. But still ok la. Herm, anyway he's a really nice guy. He's already so darn tired after working the whole day without eating and yet still offers to do it for me since i was the last one. hehe. Thank you!!

So the results were out at about 4pm and Amber Chia came to announce the top 12 finalists. And guess what? Of course our pretty lady got chosen to be in the top 12! The grand finals will be held in One Utama on the 8th of November. And congrats to Woon Chin for getting the blender as lucky draw! woots!

Beyonce Knowles's concert postponed.

Yes, this 'bootylicious' superstar has decided to postpone her concert, 'I Am...Sasha Fierce' which was scheduled to be held in National Stadium Bukit Jalil this coming Sunday on the 25th of October. It was jointly organized by Marctensia and UCSI Communication and this event supported to be the top notch concert of all the concerts in Malaysia featuring the diva from US with her latest hits If I Were A Boy and Sweet Dreams.

One of the reason her concert was postponed is because this event was NOT even listed in her world tour event listing on her website.

So, to all the fans who have purchased tickets but could not wait for the announcement of the new date could obtain a refund from 26th of October to 14th of November at the Ticket Axcess head office in Petaling Jaya.

Oh well, if you cant catch her live in KL, why not head to the Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon on the night of 24th of October with Akon's Freedom Beach concert? For all Beyonce's ticket holders, you are entitled for a 30% discount yo! :)

Happy belated Mid-Autumn Festival!

It's a delayed Mid-Autumn Festival post coz' i was way too lazy to blog about anything the whole week. Nothing much happening for the past few days, as usual, college life with the bunch will always be great but i dislike the fact that things are ruining. Oh well~!

Back to the main topic.

This year mooncake festival was a bit dull without grandparents, eldest uncle and fifth aunt family. But still, we did a small bbq party to makan-makan and to main-main with lanterns and candles.

Home-made satays. Mummy marinated them. Sedappppp giler. Can i say it's better than Satay Kajang? hehe.

I tried making a heart shape one out but failed. Truly stated that i don't feel loved. =(

I think i personally still prefer the green one.

Don't ask me why there's not even a pic of mooncake. I was busy eating and that's all i have. Hehe. And oh, the sad part - the moon was being so shy by hiding behind the clouds. It was way too cloudy that night. *sigh* But i got one picture of moon that i took last year with my ciplak camera phone.

The moon turns out to be heart-shaped! A well-distorted pic.
